Basis Education minister Angie Motshekga refuses to attend Lufuno’s funeral

After the video of a 15-year-old being bullied at school went viral and it was later on revealed that the bullied victim committed su_cide, the while country was left breathing fire as they demand just for Lufuno. The sad part us that the bullied victim did not even fight back yet that did not stop her from beating her.

The video left many people heartbreaking and many Mzansi celebs also commented on the tragedy. As it us expected that the minister of basis education Angie Motshekga should intervene in the matter considering that the incident happened in the school premises.

Angie finally commented on Lufuno’s death as she revealed that she will not be visiting Mbilwi Secondary School to get to the bottom of the situation nor will she attend Lufuno’s funeral despite being in the same province. It’s so sad that the minister is not even willing to be part if this tragic matter that left everyone in the country with a heartache.

According to Lutendo Bobodi who is the South African Broadcasting Corporation news reporter, Angie said that she trusts that the province’s education authorities will help the situation and she will get a briefing report from them.

“Basic education minister Angie Motshekga says she will not visit either Mbilwi or the family of Lufuno Mavhunga as she trusts Limpopo province’s education authorities to deal with the matter. She says she will await their report. She’s currently on an official visit in Limpopo,” the post reads.
