Anele’s father, Moses Tembe speaks out: “My daughter did not commit sui_cide

As Nelli Tembe was laid on Friday in Durban, her close friends and loved ones had to bid farewell to the late Nelli Tembe. Her funeral was so full of emotions as many of her loved ones spoke from the heart.

However Moses Tembe’s speech who is Anele Tembe’s father was the most heartbreaking farewell as he spoke from the heart leaving many people in tears. The funeral was streamed on YouTube so that everyone who couldn’t be at the funeral but wanted to pay their last tribute could do so watching the service online.

Anele’s father, Moses Tembe was too emotional to speak on Hus daughter’s funeral, so he asked a close friend friend to read Hus eulogy he had prepared for his daughter on his behalf. The close friend started off with bible verses then carried on and read the eulogy of the devastated father.

He talked about his he loves all his children as they make his life complete and Anele made him a happy and proud father. He talked about how Anele excelled and made him a proud father of a girl child, he also takes about her personal characteristics as he referred to her as feisty and strong willed young woman.

He added that Anele had big dreams as she wanted to be a restaurant owner, this dream started when she travelled international and entered the culinary industry.

However he was also happy about her relationship with AKA and welcomed the Forbes family into his home, his one request east that the couple pre-marital counselling and put their marriage in the Godly way.

He then dismissed the claims that his daughter had a mental illness, he stated that Anele was never sui_cidal and she never saw it as a way out.

“All I can say is that until she turned 21, Anele would not consider taking her own life as a solution. Not a single member of my family, Anele’s family will have ever associated Anele with si_cide, it never arose. Living would have never been Anele’s challenge,” he said.
