The learnership program is open to South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 25 who have completed matric and have a minimum of a National Senior Certificate (NSC) with Mathematics and English as subjects. The program is also open to those who have a National Certificate (Vocational) or a higher qualification in a related field.

During the learnership program, learners are placed in various departments within the bank, including client services, operations, and administration. They work under the supervision of experienced staff members who provide them with on-the-job training and mentorship. Learners also attend formal training sessions where they learn about banking products and services, customer service, financial management, and compliance.

At the end of the program, learners are expected to have acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to perform various tasks in the banking industry.
