Connie Ferguson goes back to working out.Connie Ferguson is a very strong women after losing the love of her life she has managed to pick up the pieces and move on with her life and we are for it all the way. She recently decided to give her fans some Monday motivation to help them get through the week.
She is definitely a fitness guru as she has her own fitness page were she gives out working out tips and you cannot deny whether or not these work I mean look at the women’s body considering her age. She shared with her followers that she has started her work out routine and one of her favourite ways to warm up which she finds to be very effective to get the heart pumping is skipping.
Her fans were so happy to see her doing something she loves again as this was the first time since her husband died to Covid-19 related complications. We all know the pain of losing a loved one we have either experienced it directly or indirectly but either way one has an appreciation of the pain and trauma it causes and everyone deals with it in their own way.
Each of the Ferguson memebrs have been dealing with the lose of Uncle Sho as best as they could and Connie has been sharing in detail with her fans about her journey with Mr Sho. Shona died almost 4 months ago and all of Mzansi wept with them because he was a very loved pillar of the community
Fans, friends and family continue to shower the Fergusons with love and support and Connie recently shared a message saying;
