Duped MaMkhize’s College that awarded her the PhD is not registered. Shauwn Mkhize is a businesswoman and a football club owner worth millions of rands and is not shy to show that off. She recently brought social media to a stand still after she shared pics of herself in a graduation gown after being honoured with an honorary degree in philosophy for her ‘good deeds’.

She went on to ask people to address her as Dr Mkhize and changed her Instagram name to Dr Shauwn Mkhize. It known turns out the Royal AM’s doctorate is not valid as the college that awarded her the honorary degree is not registered.

She received her honorary doctorate from a Christian institution, the Good Shepherd College of Religion, Culture and Training. It is weired because the institution does not even have a website or education domain and no authority to issue a PhD doctorate in philosophy.
