This can be done using an adjustable bed which permits you to change to a comfortable angle. But if you do not own an adjustable bed you can still use a wedge pillow.

Ginger
Try spicing your favorite soup or any other meal with grated or chopped ginger . Ginger is a popular remedy for nausea and heartburn. You can also use ginger to make ginger tea by adding freshly chopped ginger into boiling water. Then filter before drinking.

Baking soda with water
Baking soda can surely be found in most Nigerian kitchens. In the case that you don’t have it in your kitchen , it is always available in supermarkets. Mixing water and a tablespoon of baking soda can help neutralize your stomach acid. But take it slowly.
