This can be done using an adjustable bed which permits you to change to a comfortable angle. But if you do not own an adjustable bed you can still use a wedge pillow.

Try spicing your favorite soup or any other meal with grated or chopped ginger . Ginger is a popular remedy for nausea and heartburn. You can also use ginger to make ginger tea by adding freshly chopped ginger into boiling water. Then filter before drinking.
