Lady Du gives fans another version of the amapiano hit song, Asibe Happy.
The singer did an acapella version of the song and applauded Ami Faku who co-owns the original song with Kabza De Small and DJ Maphorisa.
Lady Du gushed over Ami’s writing prowess.
Netizens who heard the cover of the song, praised Du’s voice and how she delivered the song in a different level.
Meanwhile, Lady Du revealed some months ago, that she voiced-coached Boity and she’s elated that the rapper helped her blow.
“Here are the people that deserve credit for my blow up, people that gave me a platform when no one else believed in me. I’ve been writing songs for a lot of artists, serious hit songs, if I can tell you, you’d pass out, but they kept quiet, and that’s fine,” the singer wrote.
