The former finance minster’s ex-wife Norma Mngoma revealed that she had warned her ex-husband about covering up the truth at the Zondo Commission. She said that she had advised him to tell the truth instead of covering up the evidence.
Norma returned at the Commission on Thursday afternoon to submit a corrected affidavit as she claimed that her first affidavit had evidence which was submitted by the leaders of the commission.
Norma is currently providing evidence related to the dealings which involves Gigaba and the Gupta family, Norma told the commission that her ex-husband’s evidence which he had previously submitted should not be trusted.
Mngoma alleged that when she told Gigaba thatbsje wanted a divorce early last year her refused her and told her that their divorce would cost them the spousal privileges from the Zondo Commission.
Norma added tgatbas Gigaba was preparing for his testimony at the Commission he brought an IT in their home to destroy all the evidence from their gadgets and she refused that is when Hawks arrived at her home and they took all her electronic gadgets.
