A sombre gathering meant to honour the deceased turned into a devastating tragedy in Limpopo, where multiple mourners lost their lives and dozens more fell seriously ill after eating food served at a funeral.
The heartbreaking incident took place in Mmotong-wa-Bogobe village, near Polokwane, over the weekend. What began as a routine funeral quickly descended into chaos when attendees started experiencing severe symptoms shortly after consuming the meal provided.
