A community appeal has been launched to locate a man who reportedly went through a deeply embarrassing and humiliating experience during a Spring Day celebration.

Those behind the appeal say they are urgently trying to find the man so they can hear his side of the story, offer emotional support and ensure that he is treated with dignity, kindness and respect.

The man, affectionately referred to as “Grootman”, has attracted attention following the incident, which has left many people concerned about his wellbeing. While details surrounding exactly what happened remain limited, the appeal describes his experience as heartbreaking and deeply humiliating.
