According to reports, the child’s disappearance prompted an urgent search involving family members and concerned community residents. People searched surrounding areas, including nearby orchards and farms, in the hope of finding the young girl safe and bringing her home.
The search continued into the night, with family and community members refusing to give up hope. Sadly, the search ended in tragedy the following morning when the child’s body was discovered in a farm dam near her home at approximately 08:30.
