Controversial South African businesswoman Norma Mngoma has set social media abuzz following her bombshell revelations about her ex-husband, former cabinet minister Malusi Gigaba, in Showmax’s explosive talk show Untied. In the episode, Mngoma pulled no punches as she likened Gigaba to American rapper and music mogul P. Diddy — not for his music or style, but for his peculiar habit of travelling with baby oil. According to Mngoma, Gigaba rarely left home without packing oils, hinting at his alleged sexual escapades while away from home.
“Whenever you leave, you pack oils. You’re like Puff Daddy [P. Diddy] now. Why would you pack like that? It means whenever you leave home, you are prepared for those things,” she said during the interview. Her comments have sparked heated debates and divided opinions across social media.
The couple was married from 2014 until their public and acrimonious divorce in 2020. During their marriage, Gigaba served in various ministerial roles, including Public Enterprises and Home Affairs.
