With the businessman’s ongoing legal troubles making headlines daily, many South Africans believe his story warrants a deep dive—possibly even a Netflix documentary or drama series.
Magano, celebrated for his powerful performances in productions like Tsotsi, as well as his recent role as a shady schoolteacher in an SABC 1 drama, has proven his skill in portraying morally complicated personalities. Social media users argued that his emotional range and subtle acting style would bring depth to a character as controversial as Matlala.
