Julius Malema pays Shebesxt’s private hospital bills after horrific accident

Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema has generously offered to cover the hospital expenses of Shebeshxt, a renowned Limpopo-born rapper, after a devastating car accident on Saturday, June 8. The crash tragically claimed the life of Shebeshxt’s 9-year-old daughter, Onthatile.

Shebeshxt, whose real name is Lehlogonolo Katlego Chauke, suffered severe injuries, including leg, abdomen, and head wounds, and was initially treated at a public hospital. However, due to his critical condition and lack of medical aid, his family reached out to Malema for assistance.

Malema promptly arranged for Shebeshxt’s transfer to Netcare Pholoso Hospital in Polokwane, where he underwent surgery on Monday, June 10. The extent of his injuries remains undisclosed.

The family has appealed for privacy and time to cope with their bereavement, requesting compassion and understanding during this difficult period. Funeral arrangements for Onthatile will be announced shortly.
