The heartbreaking murder of young pharmacist Nomzila Bayabonga Madinane has taken an even more disturbing turn after her family revealed that she had allegedly received death threats before she was gunned down at her newly opened pharmacy in KwaNyuswa, near Hillcrest in KwaZulu-Natal.
Nomzila, aged 27, was killed alongside her cashier, Melissa Sbanda, during a violent shooting that shocked residents and left the community mourning the loss of two women whose lives were cut short in a brutal attack. According to reports, three armed men allegedly stormed into the pharmacy and opened fire, fatally wounding both women.
